Qualifications

• Undergraduate engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years engineering experience focused on equipment reliability.
• Renewables sector knowledge with PV+BESS inverter tech is a plus.
• FMEA and root cause analysis experience is required.
• Proficient in using CMMS, SCADA and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee reliability strategies for PV+BESS inverter assets.
• Analyze reliability data and perform root cause investigations.
• Lead major repairs at operating sites and coordinate remediation.
• Evaluate sites for repowering and retrofit opportunities.
• Implement uptime improvements and new monitoring practices.
• Maintain asset master data in the CMMS/ERP system and develop asset hierarchies.
