Milliken & Company is seeking an Advanced/Senior Engineering Services Professional to lead lifecycle reliability for production equipment, electrical and instrumentation systems, and plant assets in a PSM-regulated manufacturing environment. You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, lead RCA/RCFA activities, and support safe execution of outages and capital work.

This role combines hands-on troubleshooting with cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Reliability Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in chemical manufacturing or related process industry.
Experience developing or improving preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Hands-on RCA/RCFA experience with corrective actions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Develop, implement, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs for assets.
Lead RCA/RCFA investigations and track corrective actions.
Develop equipment strategies, standards, inspection frequencies, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with planners,Operations, and contractors to improve maintenance execution.
Support outages and capital projects; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
