Job summary

Milliken and Company is seeking a Senior Engineering Services Professional to lead maintenance and reliability efforts at the Magnolia Finishing Plant, overseeing a team of 20–25 staff and partnering with production leadership for stability and continuous improvement.

The role focuses on safe, reliable operation of production equipment, performance management of the team, and driving improvements in maintenance practices to enhance efficiency and output.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 20–25 maintenance associates, supervisors and technicians.
• Drive performance management with goals, coaching and development.
• Prioritize daily maintenance activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical systems; root cause analysis.
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies and improve planning/execution.
• Support safety programs, lockout/tagout and continuous safety improvements.
