You will bring a degree in engineering with 5 years of related experience (or a Master’s with 3 years), plus strong MS Office skills, safety mindset, and knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline with 5+ years related experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years
• Proficiency with MS Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project
• Ability to listen and convey information clearly in writing and verbally
• Customer-focused to improve equipment and process reliability
• Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance practices
• Experience with engineering design drawings and schematics
• Self-starter with integrity
• Commitment to safety, legality and quality

Responsibilities

• Identify system constraints and pursue elimination through continuous improvement
• Ensure continuous production by preventing equipment failures and improving maintenance methods
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions or technologies
• Research reliability processes to predict and improve reliability
• Evaluate processes and equipment on-site and set department expectations
• Review and establish KPIs for equipment health
• Identify PM opportunities and maintenance plans via FMEA
• Analyze CMMS data to monitor health indicators
• Provide safety perspectives for equipment and processes and propose engineering solutions
• Perform other duties as required
