Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
• Strong communication and safety focus.
• Experience with reliability centered maintenance practices.

Responsabilités

• Identify system constraints and pursue elimination through continuous improvement.
• Ensure continuous production by preventing equipment failures and improving efficiency.
• Lead or assist in root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Research reliability processes and identify methods to predict and improve reliability.
• Evaluate processes and equipment on site and set department expectations for maintenance.
