Job summary
GAF Materials Corp. is seeking a Reliability Engineer III to lead the site's reliability program, drive improvements in machine uptime, and manage cross‑functional projects affecting maintenance and production.
You will champion TPM initiatives, oversee MRO storeroom integration, and influence stakeholders through data-driven problem solving. The role requires advanced engineering expertise, 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, and a track record in predictive maintenance and reliability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
- 5+ years in industrial manufacturing and plant maintenance.
- Experience with predictive maintenance and reliability improvement.
- Willingness to pursue Level1 thermography, vibration, and lubrication certifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead reliability program and drive site-wide improvements.
- Guide maintenance and production teams in predictive data collection.
- Develop engineering solutions from root-cause analyses.
- Prepare capital project scopes and collaborate with contractors.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure safety is prioritized.
