Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years maintenance and reliability improvement.
• Willingness to pursue Level 1 certifications in Thermography, Vibration Analysis, and Machinery Lubrication within two years.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Reliability program and drive improvements in machine uptime and OEE.
• Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies and PM optimization.
• Perform FMEA and root-cause analyses on failures to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with planners/schedulers on internal/external labor for projects and maintenance.
• Establish preventive maintenance requirements and monitor KPI trends.
• Provide leadership in TPM and reliability initiatives across the facility.
