Job summary

GAF Materials Corp. is seeking a Reliability Engineer II to enhance machine uptime, reduce failure rates, and extend equipment life. You will lead reliability programs, optimize lubrication practices, and drive maintenance excellence across maintenance and operations teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance and reliability, with CMMS/Maximo proficiency and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with industrial manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years in maintenance and reliability improvement, preferably in continuous manufacturing.
• Certification in Level 1 Thermography, Vibration Analysis 1 and Machinery Lubrication Technician 1 within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability initiatives to improve OEE and reduce downtime.
• Develop action plans, KPI tracking, and FRACAS reporting.
• Maintain documentation for maintenance workflows and procedures.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations for reliability goals.
