Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years industrial manufacturing experience via continuous manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead FRACAS processes with weekly downtime reporting and monthly meetings.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs including PM optimization.
• Oversee lubrication programs and sampling for critical assets.
• Develop annual and 5-year workforce development plans.
• Maintain and track KPIs for the department.
• Audit maintenance practices and implement improvements.
• Document workflows for maintenance processes (work requests, work orders, etc.).
