Job summary

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED secret clearance
• 10+ years as Release Train Engineer/Scrum Master/Agile Coach in large-scale environments
• ERP transformations/large system integrations experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills bridging tech and leadership

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Release Train events: PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos
• Escalate and track program-level impediments, manage risks, dependencies
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices
• Assist with execution and feature tracking for transparency and value flow
• Lead Inspect and Adapt workshops and assess ART agility
