Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) in Washington, DC, is seeking a Release Train Engineer to stand up a new Agile development team and enable SAFe practices across the program. This onsite role requires a active TS/SCI clearance and focuses on PI planning, ART ceremonies, and risk management to deliver value.

The ideal candidate brings extensive Agile experience, excellent communication, and a demonstrated ability to coordinate complex dependencies in a federal IT environment.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience supporting Agile software development teams (Scrum Master/project lead).
• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years (or Master’s with 6–10 years) experience; additional relevant experience may substitute for degree.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; experience briefing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead ART activities and Lean-Agile practices to improve delivery flow.
• Plan and manage software and architecture release schedules.
• Facilitate PI planning and continuous exploration activities.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration and publish program objectives.
• Track feature execution and report progress to stakeholders.
• Brief customers and leadership on progress and release readiness.
• Coach teams in agile maturity and practices.
