Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Engineer, Release, to own a major piece of how Software Platform ships. You will operate in a multi-stage release environment spanning cloud and robot contexts, ensuring high-quality, trustable products reach customers safely and reliably.

You will lead design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive features from ambiguous problems to green CI code across multiple SWP teams. Experience owning critical subsystems used by other engineers is ideal.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience building automated verification suites at scale.
• Hands-on experience with HITL and SITL in production release processes.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and system development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain automated verification systems for development, verification, and deployment.
• Develop the reference environment where Lattice workflows are verified pre-release.
• Create test environments, including HITL systems, and optimize hardware-software performance.
• Implement interfaces and features for end-to-end testing across complex systems.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD and enforce reliability engineering standards.
• Develop AI-enabled automation to find and fix issues early without hindering developers.
