The Software Engineer, Release, will own major subsystems across multi-stage release pipelines, cloud and robot environments, driving features from ambiguous problem statements to green-in-CI code while mentoring junior engineers. You’ll ensure high-quality, trustable products, run design reviews, and collaborate across SWP teams to ship

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building automated verification suites at scale.
• Hands‑on experience with HITL and SITL in production release processes.
• CI/CD, SRE practices, automated testing frameworks, scripting for automation.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
• Experience with containerization workflows (Docker/Kubernetes).

Responsabilités

• Help build and implement robust automated systems for development, verification and deployment.
• Develop and maintain the reference environment that Lattice workflows are verified in ahead of release.
• Create and maintain test environments, including HITL systems and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
• Implement interfaces and features enabling end-to-end testing across complex systems.
• Maintain and improve integration of performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and enforce reliability practices.
