Anduril Industries’ Software Platform Foundations team seeks a Staff Software Engineer, Release to lead architecture of Integrated Continuous Release pipelines across cloud and robot environments. You will own automation frameworks, end-to-end test environments, and contract-verification models ensuring reliable, safe deployment of defense tech.

Formación

• 15+ years of proven experience building automated verification suites at scale.
• Proficient in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline development, SRE principles, automated testing frameworks, and automation scripting.
• Deep experience with frontend and backend services at scale.
• Hands-on experience automating HITL and SITL in production release processes.
• Expertise in automated regression, unit and integration testing.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and system development.
• Experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.

Responsabilidades

• Build and implement robust automated systems for development, verification and deployment, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Develop and own the reference environment that Lattice workflows are verified in before release.
• Define and maintain full stack test environments, including HITL systems, with hardware awareness.
• Design interfaces and features enabling end-to-end testing across complex systems.
• Drive CI/CD integration, establish performance baselines and reliability practices.
• Define and implement AI-enabled automation to find and fix issues early in the dev cycle.
• Champion for quality across the team and platform.
