Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Software Engineer, Quality Integration, to own critical verification systems across multi-stage release pipelines and cloud/robot environments. You will drive design reviews, mentor juniors, and ship green CI code across SWP teams, delivering high-quality, trustable defense software.

You will work in a scale‑driven environment where reliability, traceability, and rapid iteration are essential to ship safe products to customers in the field.

Qualifications

• Proven experience automating HITL/SITL in production release processes.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline development and SRE practices.
• Extensive automation scripting and software test expertise.
• Proficiency with Python for automation and system development.
• Experience with containerization and Terraform tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated verification suites at scale.
• Develop reference environments for Lattice workflows.
• Create test environments including HITL systems and hardware-in-the-loop.
• Implement interfaces and features for end-to-end testing.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD and enforce baselines.
• Develop AI-enabled automation to catch issues early.
