Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Engineer, Release, to own major pieces of the Software Platform release process.

You will design reviews, mentor juniors, and drive features from problem statements to green CI code across multiple teams, ensuring safe, reliable deployments for defense technologies. You will work in a fast-paced environment where decisions have concrete impact on product reliability and field operation trust.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building automated verification suites at scale.
• CI/CD pipeline development, SRE principles, automated testing frameworks.
• Hands-on HITL & SITL automation in production release processes.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and system development.

Responsabilités

• Build robust automated systems for development, verification and deployment, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Develop and maintain the reference environment where Lattice workflows are verified prior to release.
• Create and manage test environments, including HITL systems, with hardware awareness and resource optimization.
• Implement critical software interfaces and features enabling end-to-end testing across complex systems.
• Maintain and improve integration of performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and enforce performance baselines.
• Develop AI-enabled automation to detect and fix issues early in the dev cycle without impacting developers.
