Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) is seeking a skilled Orchestration Senior Specialist to partner with Production Control and Technical Operations teams to document, develop, and test Renaissance orchestration for OCC application pillars. You will define infrastructure components, automate controls, and coordinate cross-functional implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with orchestration of complex workloads in financial services or clearing industry end-to-end across multi clouds.
• Software integration background with Real-Time messaging between systems.
• Initiative-taking collaborator with strong analytic and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) and a commitment to accuracy and reliability.
• Self-managed, high-energy, quick to learn and apply new tools and standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with application pillars to understand and develop the functional and technical orchestration.
• Document technical standard controls, processes, and procedures for all pillars when defining orchestration components.
• Define infrastructure components – integration with Secrets Management, file processing, Harness, Jenkins, GitHub, Kafka Watcher.
• Ensure automated controls documented and enforced during code promotion to higher environments.
• Coordinate with Technical Operations and Development teams to scope implementation plans from start to finish.
• Write user stories and functional documentation for the orchestration approach.
• Create policies and procedures to support orchestration.
