Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) seeks a seasoned DevOps engineer to manage and optimize their AWS infrastructure, deploy automation via Terraform/Ansible, and maintain scalable Kubernetes clusters. You will design end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and safeguard systems with best practices in security and operations.

Ideal candidates bring a Master's degree in CS or related field, 2+ years of DevOps/Cloud experience, and strong skills in Terraform, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Vault.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or related field and two years of related experience required.
• Experience automating deployment and configuration of AWS infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with security scanning, artifact management, and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, operations, security, and production control teams to elicit requirements.
• Manage and support AWS infrastructure using EC2, IAM, S3, VPC, and security groups.
• Automate deployment with Ansible and Terraform for scalable, high-availability infra.
• Develop Terraform frameworks for Kafka/IBM MQ and ensure reliable data exchange.
