Job summary
The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to discover, synthesize, and analyze information from diverse sources to solve complex business and technology problems. You will work as a strategic partner to business and technology teams, translating requirements and findings for multiple levels of the organization.
Responsibilities include coordinating with product teams across SAFe-aligned deliveries, building BRDs, ER diagrams, and SDD/ICD documentation while
Qualifications
- Must create BRDs, ER diagrams, high-level logical diagrams, and NFR indexing using Jira, Confluence, Draw.io and SAFe.
- Expertise in SQL, Tableau, R Studio, SAS to query, clean and validate datasets and build dashboards.
- Analyze business processes and system integrations to document SDDs, ICDs, and automate workflows; monitor trends.
Responsibilities
- Discover, synthesize, and analyze information to solve complex business and technology problems.
- Act as strategic partner to business and technology teams; communicate requirements and findings.
- Coordinate requirements and delivery across product teams; coordinate sprint planning and backlogs.
- Document domain objects for risk management products; ensure traceability across systems.
