Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) seeks a senior DevOps engineer to design and manage scalable AWS infrastructure, automate deployments with Terraform and Ansible, and drive end-to-end CI/CD across development, staging, and production. You will strengthen security practices and implement robust data pipelines for distributed systems.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in CS with 2+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering, or software development, and have hands-on experience with Kubernetes,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science or related field and two years of experience in DevOps, software development, cloud engineering, or related roles.
• Experience automating deployment and configuration of AWS infrastructure (EC2, IAM, S3, VPC, ELB).
• Proficient in Kubernetes on AWS, with Rancher, Helm, Harness, and secret management tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, operations, security, and production control teams to elicit and fulfil technical requirements.
• Manage and support AWS infrastructure (EC2, IAM, S3, VPC, AMI, security groups).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Groovy, GitHub, SonarQube, Veracode, Sysdig, JFrog, Docker deployments.
