• Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, testing & repairing protective relays in substations.
• Ability to read protection & control schematics and validate system configurations.
• Strong communication and safety culture for field leadership and customer interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead protection and control testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and project execution.
• Analyze protection schemes for power circuits and perform field testing on relay panels.
• Develop outage sequences, energization plans, and project execution plans.
• Train Relay Technician I, II, and junior engineers and interface with customers.
