This role requires deep expertise in protection schemes, managing complex projects, leading field teams, and delivering safe, reliable operation of substations and C&I systems, while interacting with customers and mentoring engineers.
Qualifications
- Background in protection and control systems for power utilities.
- Experience with testing, commissioning, and servicing relays.
- Ability to read protection schematics and diagrams.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime.
Responsibilities
- Lead protection and control testing on projects.
- Install, commission, and test substation relay panels.
- Analyze event records and lead root-cause analysis.
- Develop project execution plans and deliverables.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
