Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Relativity Senior Systems Administrator to join our Washington, DC area team in a hybrid/remote capacity. You will design and implement ALS solutions, manage on-prem and cloud infrastructure, and ensure secure external access for stakeholders.

The role requires deep Relativity experience and a strong background in litigation-support platforms. You will work with IT leadership to maintain system health, generate weekly status reports, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or MIS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on litigation support systems experience.
• Experience with Relativity, SQL Server 2012+, and large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Automated Litigation Support (ALS) software solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, and similar tools.
• Maintain ALS system infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on-premises and in AWS.
• Provide external access IAM for witnesses, attorneys, and collaborators; manage security requirements.
• Perform system maintenance, backups, and performance tuning; monitor systems and updates.
• Produce system diagrams, admin guides, and end-user documentation; keep docs updated semi-annually.
• Provide weekly reports on system health, projects, and planned activities.
