Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or MIS or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with UNIX, Windows, and storage/network infrastructure.
• Experience with litigation support software (Relativity, iPro, Concordance, Trial Director) and web hosting platforms.
• Ability to design, obtain equipment/software, install, integrate, and test systems in required environments.
• Experience with large, complex systems and database management applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity and other COTS tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on premises and in AWS.
• Manage external access to ALS tools for witnesses, US Attorneys, IRS, etc.
• Perform system maintenance, backups, restores, updates, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Produce system diagrams, admin guides, and user documentation updated regularly.
• Provide weekly reports on system health and project progress.
