Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator in Baltimore, MD to lead ALS infrastructure and integration effort across on‑prem and AWS environments.

You will design, deploy, and maintain complex litigation support systems, ensuring security and performance while coordinating with IT leadership. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with Relativity and related litigation tools, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or MIS (or equivalent years of experience).
• 5+ years hands-on experience with litigation support systems (UNIX/Windows, storage, etc.).
• Experience designing, acquiring equipment/software, and integrating systems.
• Experience with large, multi-OS environments and large-scale databases.
• At least 1 year setting up database management apps; strong storage planning and performance modeling.
• In-depth knowledge of the Government IT environments and security requirements.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on‑prem and AWS.
• Manage external access and IAM for stakeholders (witnesses, attorneys, collaborators).
• Perform system maintenance: backups, restores, updates, tuning, monitoring.
• Create and update system diagrams, guides, and end-user docs, semi-annually.
• Provide weekly system health reports and project status to IT leadership.
