Job summary

CGS is seeking a Relativity SME in the Washington, DC area with remote/hybrid options to join a specialized eDiscovery team. You will resolve software issues, test releases, and develop templates, views, scripts, or workflows across divisions.

The candidate will bring 10+ years in litigation support, 4+ years in Relativity, and Relativity RCA/Master certifications. A U.S. citizenship and Public Trust eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• At least ten (10) years of litigation support experience and 4+ years in Relativity.
• Master’s degree or J.D.; Bachelor’s with 3 years of extra experience may substitute.
• Relativity RCA certification is required.
• Experience managing multiple tasks in scope of work demonstrated.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• TwoRelativity certifications preferred, including RCA; Master certification ideal.
• Experience with LAW Prediscovery and Conformity Engine is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and staff.
• Perform data culling and identification in Relativity for complex searches.
• Collaborate with FTC technical support to resolve user issues.
• Work with Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues.
• Test Relativity releases and set up templates, views, scripts, or workflows.
• Stay current on Relativity analytics tools and plugins; participate in User Portal.
• Advocate for new features by submitting ideas to Relativity Portal and eLaw.
• Conduct Relativity demos, training, and create user documentation.
