Job summary

Lineal, an innovative eDiscovery and legal technology services firm, seeks a capable leader to drive the Relativity Operations team. You will motivate and empower staff to deliver high-quality client services in a fast-paced environment, upholding Lineal’s standards and continuing improvement.

You will oversee delivery of Relativity admin, data management, processing, production, and review support; manage KPIs and escalation; collaborate across Fulfillment, IT, Security, and Sales to achieve

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in eDiscovery, legal technology, or digital forensics.
3+ years of experience leading teams in a service delivery environment.
Extensive knowledge of the EDRM, eDiscovery workflows, data governance principles.
Advanced experience administering and supporting Relativity platform.
Experience managing operational performance through metrics, reporting, and SLAs.
Certifications such as RCA, CEDS, EnCE preferred.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to drive organizational change and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day management, prioritization, and execution of Relativity Operations work.
Lead delivery of Relativity admin, data management, workspace management, processing, production, and review support services.
Ensure deliverables are accurate, on time, and meet quality, regulatory, and client standards.
Develop, coach, mentor, and performance-manage team members.
Manage capacity, resource allocation, scheduling, and workload balancing.
Drive continuous improvement of eDiscovery workflows, automation opportunities, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with policies, security standards, and leadership directives.
Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs, service metrics, utilization, and trends.
Serve as senior escalation point for operational, technical, client service, and delivery issues.
Partner with Fulfillment, Forensics, Project Management, IT, Info Security, Development, Client Services, and Sales to support client outcomes.
Ensure accurate timekeeping, activity tracking, and billing compliance for direct reports.
Collaborate with Lineal development and product teams to identify process improvements and technology innovations.
Promote Lineal’s standards, quality expectations, and documentation requirements.
Contribute to planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives to support growth.
Design and reinforce policies that support Lineal’s culture and client service commitments.
