Job summary

Leidos is seeking an e-Discovery ALS Lab Manager to oversee data processing and analytics within the Civil Rights Division's projects, focusing on Relativity and RelOne tooling. You will train staff, manage productions, and coordinate with managers on ESI specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced Relativity One knowledge, and hands-on scripting capabilities to ensure timely and compliant litigation support across high-stakes matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years' experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity One (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Review (formerly Active Learning).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 4 to 5 data processors.
• Train staff on data processing and loading to Relativity.
• Train staff on producing load-ready and searchable pdf/native productions.
• Perform analytics and complex data processing tasks.
