Job summary

Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a Legal Practice Technology Senior Analyst to support case teams with data management, eDiscovery tools, and analytics. You will manage Relativity workspaces, Brainspace environments, and QA processes, ensuring secure, accurate handling of client data across discovery phases.

The role emphasizes production support, scripting ability, and collaboration with PMs and leadership. Travel and after-hours support may be required in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; an associate degree with relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Data & Database Management: Process, convert, and manage ESI per case requirements.
• Technical Execution: Create, configure, and administer Relativity workspaces, Brainspace environments, and other eDiscovery tools.
• Quality & Compliance: Conduct QC checks on data processing and production deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
• Production Support: Generate load files, metadata, native files, and text files; ensure OCR, redaction, and production formatting.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve complex data loading issues and provide hands-on support to case teams.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use Relativity Analytics and Brainspace for deduplication, email threading, and predictive modeling.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with Project Managers and case teams to meet deadlines and keep stakeholders informed.
• Process Improvement: Help document and refine workflows for efficiency.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Deliver training sessions and briefings to leadership.
