KLDiscovery Limited is seeking a Senior Litigation Data Analyst for Hosted Services to provide expert Relativity support, build complex workspace structures, and mentor junior analysts. You will configure Analytics, Processing, Imaging, and Production sets, and design advanced search and workflow solutions for demanding clients.

Under the direction of the Manager, Hosted Services the Senior Litigation Data Analyst, Hosted Services provides technical support through KLDiscovery’s TechQ’s in the use of KLDiscovery’s applications (including but not limited to Relativity and Nebula) and provides training and/or technical support to internal and external clients.
Analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to be proactive and independently resolve complex issues.
The ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence.
The ability to motivate others to perform at maximum efficiency without sacrificing quality of the services delivered.
Knowledge of the concepts, principles, management and processing of electronically stored information (ESI) as they relate to legal matters.
Knowledge of the use of hosted discovery management applications and tools.
Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (desktop and network), network storage and archival technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio.
Knowledge of first tier litigation support applications, such as Concordance/Opticon, Summation, etc.
3+ years of direct Relativity is required
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel, Access and Word is a plus
Knowledge of industry software such as Concordance is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks, problem-solving and organization skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in the litigation support industry vendor/law firm is a plus but not necessary
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Available to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends
