Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to support and improve the organization’s ALS infrastructure.

You will design solutions using Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap, and manage on-premise and AWS resources. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a degree in CS or MIS, strong security and IAM skills, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or MIS or equivalent.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with UNIX, Windows, storage solutions, and litigation support applications like Relativity, iPro, Concordance, and Trial Director.
• Experience designing, procuring equipment and software, and operating in diverse environments.
• Experience with large systems comprising mixed operating systems and functions.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, and other tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (on-prem and AWS).
• Manage external access and IAM for external stakeholders.
• Perform system maintenance including backups, monitoring, and updates.
• Produce and update system diagrams, admin guides, and end-user docs (semi-annually).
• Provide weekly reports on system health, performance, and projects.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS apps and infrastructure.
