Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.
• Ability to manage an extensive portfolio of middle market clients with revenues > $50 million.
• Proven track record of prospecting new business, deepening relationships and closing profitable transactions.
• Strong corporate finance, capital markets and accounting acumen.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63 license; must obtain within 180 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Manages an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion.
• Acquires, deepens, and maintains profitable client relationships through sales and prospecting.
• Interprets financial statements to assess conditions and industry trends.
• Collaborates with domestic and international teammates and Product Specialists to design financial solutions.
• Leads dialogue with complex clients on industry, capital structures and business issues.
• Coaches and mentors peers, utilizing leadership skills.
• Adapts to changes in sales practices and market conditions.
