Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.
• Demonstrates ability to manage an extensive portfolio of clients successfully.
• Proven track record of prospecting new business and closing profitable transactions.
• Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen required.
• Financial modeling experience and formal credit training necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion.
• Acquire and deepen profitable client relationships through sales and prospecting.
• Understand and analyze financial and cash flow statements of companies.
• Collaborate with teams throughout the bank to design financial solutions.
• Lead dialogue with complex clients regarding alternative capital structures.
