Qualifications

• 10+ years in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.
• Portfolio management experience for middle-market clients (> $50M revenue).
• Proven ability to prospect, deepen relationships and close profitable transactions.
• Strong skills in planning, execution and client meeting follow-ups.
• Foundation in corporate finance, capital markets and accounting.
• Financial modeling experience; credit training preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Team coordination to solve client problems.
• SIES, Series 7 & 63 licenses (must obtain within 180 days)

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of complex clients with revenues from $50 million to $2 billion.
• Acquires, deepens and maintains profitable client relationships.
• Interprets financial and cash flow statements to assess conditions.
• Collaborates with domestic and international teams and Product Specialists.
• Leads dialogues on industry, capital structures, and business issues.
• Coaches and mentors peers, leveraging leadership skills.
• Adapts to changes in sales practices and market conditions.
