Bank of America is seeking a Sr. Relationship Manager for the Middle Market Global Commercial Banking team in the United States.

You will provide advice and financial solutions to complex clients and prospects, serving as the primary contact and trusted advisor while growing profitable relationships. The role requires 10+ years in commercial lending or investment banking, strong financial acumen, and the ability to coordinate with product specialists across the bank to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.
• Proven ability to manage an extensive portfolio of middle-market clients with revenues > $50 million.
• Strong sales skills including planning, execution and follow-up of client meetings.
• Excellent corporate finance, capital markets and accounting knowledge.
• Experience with financial modeling; formal credit training preferred.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with revenues of $50 million to $2 billion and helps companies save, borrow, and invest for their current and future needs.
• Acquires, deepens, and maintains profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and strengthening existing relationships.
• Interprets financial and cash flow statements to assess financial conditions of companies and industry trends.
• Collaborates with domestic and international teammates across Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management; facilitates client relationships with Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services.
• Leads and facilitates dialogue with diverse clients and prospects on industry, capital structures, and business issues.
• Coaches and mentors peers; demonstrates leadership and adaptability to changing market conditions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, finance or economics
