Job summary

Bank of America in San Francisco seeks a seasoned Global Commercial Banking professional for the Healthcare, Technology & Sponsors (HTS) team. The role centers on advising complex technology clients, managing and expanding a large portfolio, and delivering tailored financial solutions with cross‑functional collaboration across Investment Banking, FX, Wealth Management and Product Specialists.

Candidates should have 10+ years in commercial lending or investment banking, strong client advisory

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of middle-market clients with revenues >$50M.
• Proven track record in prospecting, expanding relationships and closing transactions.
• Strong corporate finance, capital markets and accounting acumen.
• Excellent oral and written communication; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients with revenues from $50M to $2B; help them save, borrow and invest.
• Acquire, deepen and maintain profitable client relationships through sales and prospecting.
• Analyze financial statements to assess company health and industry trends.
• Collaborate with domestic and international teams and Product Specialists to design financial solutions.
• Lead dialogues with clients on industry, capital structures and business issues.
• Coach peers and adapt to changing sales practices.
