Job summary

Trinity Pension Consultants, Inc. in Akron, Ohio, is seeking a Relationship Manager to strengthen client relationships and support onboarding, administration and compliance tasks for retirement plans.

You will collaborate with a cross‑functional team, explain complex pension concepts clearly to sponsors and advisors, and drive service excellence while staying current on industry trends. This role offers a path for experienced professionals to contribute to revenue retention and deliver superior

Qualifications

• 7+ years of client relationship management experience with qualified retirement plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Ability to learn, apply and explain new technical knowledge in a simplified manner.

Responsibilities

• Log all email, phone, and meeting activities.
• Follow up on items necessary to complete annual administration and compliance testing.
• Participate and assist with onboarding new clients.
• Explain complex pension concepts in a simple manner.
• Proactively communicate with Financial Advisors, CPAs, and Plan Sponsors.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with Plan Sponsors and their associated Financial Advisor.
