Job summary

Trinity Pension Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Relationship Manager - Defined Contribution in Akron, OH.

The role focuses on building client relationships, communicating retirement plan concepts, and coordinating with sponsors and advisors to meet service standards. The candidate should have 7+ years in client relationship management within qualified retirement plans, excellent communication skills, and strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Client Relationship Management experience with qualified retirement plans.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Proficient computer/ software skills, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Log all email, phone, and meeting activities and follow up on items for annual administration and compliance testing.
• Participate and assist with onboarding new clients and maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with other departments and sales on internal opportunities and explain plan administration concepts clearly.
• Proactively communicate with Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors and conduct face-to-face meetings.
