Job summary

SEI is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join the Investment Manager Services Division (IMS). You will manage client relationships, grow revenue, and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, developing account plans and conducting annual reviews.

You will design strategic plans, cross-sell solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience. Travel up to 10% is expected. A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in investment management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance/economics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years investment management/operations experience (preferably in Alternatives).
• Excellent client service skills aligned with SEI Client Experience Principles.
• Ability to connect with clients and establish trusted relationships.
• Positive, hardworking, diligent attitude.
• Proven project management skills.
• Self-motivation to monitor multiple client deliverables without compromising quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to support clients via email/phone.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing revenue.
• Manage overall client relationship to maintain revenue and profitability.
• Develop intimate understanding of client business, objectives and competitors to provide solutions.
• Develop, design and manage client account plans and annual reviews.
• Provide strategic plans and conduct annual business planning with clients.
• Act as consultant—identify and present innovative recommendations on industry trends, product differentiation, and new market opportunities.
• Work with teams to define service offerings and manage client expectations.
• Ensure client reference ability evidenced through NPS.
• Perform annual client account reviews.
• Develop forecast for existing business using Client Business Plan and profitability.
• Identify and cross-sell solutions and services.
• Maximize product profitability.
• Collaborate with SEI teams and stakeholders to support client relationships.
• Grow relationships within other SEI Solutions Groups and share success stories.
• Expand industry knowledge and network.
