Job summary

SEI Global Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager within the Investment Manager Services Division (IMS).

You will be the primary contact for daily client activities, building deep client relationships, onboarding new clients, and driving key projects such as fund openings, mergers, and asset pool changes. You will consult with clients to align with business objectives, manage expectations, and collaborate with internal teams to continually improve service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8 years investment management/operational experience.
• Strong client service, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and expand client relationships for existing clients.
• Lead onboarding of new clients and manage key client projects (fund openings/closings, mergers, asset pool changes).
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and support recontracts and RFP processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and meet revenue objectives.
