Job summary

SEI Corporation is seeking a Director, Relationship Management to lead and expand client relationships across the Investment Manager Services Division. You will manage overall client relationships, drive revenue growth, and craft strategic plans for key accounts, engaging with C-suite executives and business leaders.

You will partner with SEI teams to deliver tailored solutions, monitor profitability, and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years investment management/operations experience.
• Excellent client service skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Ability to engage with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing revenue and market share with assigned clients.
• Manage overall client relationships to maintain revenue and profitability.
• Develop and execute client account plans and annual reviews.
• Provide strategic guidance on industry trends, product differentiation, and opportunities.
• Cross-sell solutions and services while expanding relationships across SEI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and service levels.
• Maintain referenceability through high client satisfaction and NPS scores.
