Job summary

SEI is expanding its Investment Manager Services Division and seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee client relationships, grow revenue, and drive strategic initiatives with executive-level clients. You will design and manage account plans, conduct annual reviews, and identify opportunities across SEI solutions while collaborating with internal teams to maximize client value.

The role requires 10+ years in investment management/operations (Alternatives preferred), a strong client service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 10 years investment management/operations experience (preferably in Alternatives).
• Excellent Client Service skills built around SEI Client Experience Principles.
• Ability to connect with clients and establish trusted relationships.
• Positive, hard working, diligent attitude.
• Proven project management skills.
• Self-motivation to monitor multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; will support clients via email/phone.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing revenue and manage client relationships to target revenue and profitability.
• Develop and manage client account plans and annual reviews.
• Conduct annual business planning and forecast for existing business.
• Act as advisor by presenting innovative recommendations on industry trends and opportunities.
• Cross-sell solutions and services to clients and maximize product profitability.
• Collaborate with SEI teams to define service offerings and manage client expectations.
• Maintain reference ability evidenced by NPS and client satisfaction.
• Build relationships within SEI Solutions Groups and share success stories.
