Job summary

SEI's Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) seeks an Account Manager to deepen relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary day-to-day contact and driving service excellence.

You will lead onboarding, manage client projects, coordinate fund openings/mergers, and support revenue growth through cross-selling and process improvements. Travel up to 20% and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8 years investment management/operational experience (Traditional or Alternative).
• Strong client service mindset and communication skills.
• Proven project management capabilities and ability to drive initiatives to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Lead onboarding of new clients and manage key client projects (fund openings, mergers, asset pool changes).
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and support recontract and RFP processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
