Job summary

Citi Commercial Bank is seeking a Director-level Relationship Manager to lead and grow US-based industrials client relationships, delivering multi-product banking solutions. The role focuses on building a robust client portfolio, coordinating with product, risk, and operations teams to tailor financing and treasury solutions, and driving reflects of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with Commercial clients in the Industrials sector.
• FINRA Licensing - SIE, Series 63 & 79 (current or ability to obtain).
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new, multi-product clients and manage those relationships.
• Build a new business pipeline and call on clients at multiple levels.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen share of wallet.
• Coordinate with product, risk and operations to deliver solutions.
• Oversee client onboarding and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure high-quality client service.
