Job summary

Citi is seeking a Services Solution Sales Senior Manager to lead senior-level client relationships and drive new business growth across a portfolio of North America-headquartered Industrials clients. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from origination through revenue realization, while leading a team of product and solution sales professionals.

You will advise clients on cash management, liquidity, and working capital solutions, and you will collaborate with global, regional, and country

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in financial services sales and/or product management.
Demonstrated ability to originate, develop, and close complex deals in cash management, liquidity solutions, or related treasury products.
Track record of managing large, multi-national client relationships with revenue accountability.
Deep knowledge of Payments, Liquidity Solutions, and Trade Finance, with ability to translate into client solutions.
Ability to synthesize complex data into a clear proposition under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

Lead origination, pipeline development, and revenue growth for Industrials clients.
Advise senior clients on cash management, liquidity, and working capital solutions.
Execute portfolio strategy with global and regional partners for consistent coverage.
Lead complex deal processes including RFPs and client presentations.
Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen product penetration.
Collaborate to ensure new mandates ramp up and revenue realization.
Share insights with Product Management to guide development priorities.
