Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Jersey City, NJ, seeks a Product Solutions Manager to lead the configuration of complex Commercial Cards solutions for key client relationships. You will translate client needs into tailored product offerings and partner with Sales and Product teams to deliver value.

You will serve as the voice of the customer, influence the roadmap, and support pricing, account planning, and client workshops while representing the firm at industry events and client roundtables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience solving problems across multiple teams and products.
• Extensive experience in a sales cycle and engaging with clients regularly.
• Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems.
• Experience working in a matrixed and complex organization.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products and pricing strategy.
• Strong executive-level presentation skills for C-Level consultations.

Responsibilities

• Leads solutioning and adoption of client-facing products and capabilities to address client needs.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on defined products with deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.
• Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline and account planning, and training collateral materials.
• Engages with client teams to understand pain points and informs Product roadmap with feedback.
• Represents the firm at industry conferences and client events and participates in workshops.
• Prepares and delivers presentations with ownership across the sales cycle.
