This senior role requires strong credit judgment, a proven new‑business track record, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and communities while upholding policy, risk standards, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of related experience within the financial industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Comprehensive loan and financial analysis experience.
• Knowledge of underwriting techniques.
• Proven new‑business track record.
• Strong oral, written, and communication and management skills.
• Proficiency with software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel and Argus).

Responsibilities

• Solicits credit‑worthy potential and existing customers to develop new business.
• Promotes profitable growth of the loan portfolio and customer responsiveness.
• Oversees loan presentations with detailed financial analysis and borrower creditworthiness.
• Assesses lending risks and recommends loan structures with sound judgment.
• Establishes and promotes customer and community relationships; cross‑sells other bank products.
• Manages all aspects of the loan portfolio with emphasis on policy compliance and credit quality.
• Facilitates closing of loan transactions in line with approved terms.
