Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration (or equivalent).
• 7–10 years' experience in lending or related banking function.
• Healthcare lending knowledge and familiarity with acute care facilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop loan opportunities from centers of influence and customers.
• Structure and present loan requests to optimize bank returns.
• Underwrite credit requests and manage the credit approval process.
• Monitor loan administration and pursue new business opportunities.
