The VP – Relationship Manager II is responsible for originating, evaluating, and structuring complex loan requests and transactions. Additional responsibilities include overseeing day‑to‑day portfolio management and cross‑selling of the Bank’s products and services and increasing the Bank’s visibility and presence in the marketplace. This is a more experienced position within the family.
Work is mainly performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels are usually moderate. May also involve travel to customers and property locations.
Salary: $123,900 - $170,000 annually.
Base pay may vary based upon the candidate’s skills and experience, job‑related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs. This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
