Job summary

You will evaluate credit risk, supervise credits within authority, and collaborate with treasury and deposits teams to deliver cross-sell opportunities and high-level client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business and seven years of related experience in commercial banking.
• Strong credit underwriting, client relationship and cross-sell capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop deposit and loan relationships with mid-sized companies.
• Assess credit applications and approve within authority or present to Loan Committee.
• Mentor other relationship managers and support team leadership.
• Monitor market trends and maintain profitable product offerings.
• Cross-sell treasury, wealth and deposit services to clients.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sound risk management.
